Payment & Cancellation Policy
- 30 Days Prior to Arrival: Full prepayment will be charged on the guest’s credit/debit card provided upon confirmation of their booking.
- The same credit/debit card must be presented to the hotel at check-in for security purposes. If the credit/debit card cannot be presented, a new payment will be taken upon arrival and the pre-payment will be refunded. Each guest will be required to supply a credit card imprint of $200.00 upon arrival to guarantee their account. For any credit cards without PIN facility, photo ID matching the credit card details will be required upon arrival.
- No Show Policy: In the event of a ‘No Show’ on the contracted day of arrival, full cancellation penalties apply to all nights of the stay.
